This can occur if the Adobe Acrobat plug-in becomes unregistered for some reason. Another symptom is the inability to click on a PDF on a web page and having it open properly. To repair this, open a command window and change into the directory where your Acrobat ActiveX files are located.
e.g. C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\ActiveX
Then enter the following command ...
regsvr32 pdf.ocx
You should see a message display that this was successful. Try DocuPage and your browser again and you should find the problem has been fixed.
